Rundle Place x Eos x SOL Rooftop Fashion Week Competition

1. Promoter Details

The promoter is Rundle Place, ABN 46 574 879 901, located at77-91 Rundle Mall, Adelaide SA 5000 ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• Entry     is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in South     Australia.
• Employees,     directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, SkyCity Adelaide     Pty Ltd, and Rundle Place tenants are ineligible to enter.
• The     Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants     and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or     submitting fraudulent entries.

3. Competition Period

• Competition     opens: 15th September 2026 at 9:00am ACST
• Competition     closes: 28^th September at 11:59pm ACST
• Winner     announcement: 29^th September 2026

4. Entry Method

Eligible entrants may enter the promotion during thepromotion period by completing the following steps using an Instagram accountin the entrant's name:

a)     Following Sol Rooftop (@solrooftop), Eos bySkyCity (@eosbyskycity), and Rundle Place (@rundleplaceadl) on Instagram andremaining a follower of all Instagram accounts for the duration of thepromotional period; and

b)    Tagging one (1) friend in a comment on thecollaborative promotional post by Sol Rooftop (@solrooftop), Eos by SkyCity(@eosbyskycity), and Rundle Place (@rundleplaceadl) Instagram accounts

c) Like the collaborative promotional post by Sol Rooftop(@solrooftop), Eos by SkyCity(@eosbyskycity), and Rundle Place(@rundleplaceadl) Instagram accounts

Instructions on how to enter the promotion will be providedin the promotional post.

There is no limit on how many times a person may enter thispromotion provided that each entry by an entrant must tag a different friend tobe valid. Multiple entries by the same entrant tagging the same friend will bedeemed invalid. The tagged friend of the winning person must be a real personwith an active Instagram account.

5. Prize Details and Conditions

The promotion is giving away one (1) prize pack, valued at$2620. The prize consists of:

• One     (1) night accommodation at Eos by SkyCity for the winner and one (1)     guest. The accommodation is redeemable for one (1) overnight stay in an     Eos Radiance Suite, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply,     including public holidays and special events. The stay must be taken     between 12 October 2026 and 12 April 2027. Booking must be made at least     fourteen (14) days in advance. All incidental costs associated with the     stay are not included in the prize pack and the winner is solely responsible     for any incidental costs, payable in full at or before the end of the     stay. Not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. To redeem, contact     leah.seager@skycity.com.au.

·       $100credit for SOL Rooftop, redeemable during the winner's Eos overnight stay, tobe used by the winner and one (1) guest. The credit may be used towardsbeverages at SOL Rooftop and must be booked at the time of the Eosaccommodation booking. Redemption of the credit remains subject to compliancewith applicable laws, regulations and codes, including responsible service ofalcohol requirements.

·       One(1) $300 Rundle Place gift voucher. The voucher is valid from 7 October 2026 to7 October 2029 and may be used at participating Rundle Place retailers, subjectto the terms and conditions applicable to the Rundle Place Gift Voucher.

·       One(1) styling session with resident stylist Kate Veremeenko, valued at $170. Thestyling session must be booked directly with Kate in advance and is subject toavailability.

·       Two(2) front row tickets to the TAFE Fashion Parade at Rundle Place, valued at $50per ticket. The tickets are valid for the TAFE Fashion Parade taking place on 7October 2026 and will be provided to the winner via email upon confirmation ofthe prize.

The prize does not include any meals, travel, parking,incidental costs or other expenses unless stated above.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannotbe redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One     (1) winner will be selected by random electronic draw on 29^th     September 2026 at 12:30pm ACST at Rundle Place.
• The     winner will be notified via direct message and comment reply on the     platform used to enter within 12 hours of the draw.
• The     winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.
• If the     winner does not respond within 48 hours, a redraw will occur, and a new     winner will be selected.
• The     winner's name and state/territory of residence may be published on Rundle     Place social media channels.

The prize willonly be awarded following verification of the winner's eligibility andcompliance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request proof ofidentity and eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

• Personal     information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this     competition and may be disclosed to third parties for prize fulfilment     purposes.
• By     entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and     entry content for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Personal     information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).    

8. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

• This     promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated     with Instagram.
• Entrants     release Instagram from all liability arising in respect of this promotion.

9. Liability

• The     Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or     illegible entries.
• The     Promoter is not liable for any technical difficulties or malfunctions that     may affect entry.
• To the     extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss,     damage, or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the     prize.
• If the     prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's     control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or     greater value.

10. General

• The     Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to     disqualify any entry that breaches these terms and conditions.
• The     Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The     Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the     competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.
• These     terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
