How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, individuals must spend $150 or more in a single day across anyparticipating retailer at Rundle Place between 28 November and 30 November 2025, inclusive.Customers must then present their valid receipts to staff at the Concierge Desk on the GroundFloor and will be given the opportunity to select a tag from the promotional prize wall. The tagwill correspond to a physical or digital prize provided by one of the participating retailers. Entryis limited to one (1) entry per person per day. Receipts must clearly show the date and totalamount spent. EFTPOS or bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Prizes arestrictly limited. Once all prizes have been exhausted, no further prizes will be awarded regardlessof qualifying spend.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The following are ineligible:

(i) Employees of the Promoter, JLL, or any tenants or retailers within Rundle Place or associatedpromotional agencies;
(ii) Immediate family members (spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the employeesmentioned above;
(iii) Any person previously notified by the Promoter as being ineligible for promotions.

Prize Collection

Instant prizes are awarded at the time of entry at the Ground Floor concierge desk. Retailerbasedprizes will require the customer to visit the respective store with a voucher to redeem.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Publication

Winners of prizes valued over $250 will have their last name, first initial and postcode publishedon the Rundle Place website within 30 days of the promotion’s end.

Unclaimed Prizes

All prizes must be claimed by 31 January 2026. Unclaimed prizes will be redistributed orwithdrawn at the discretion of the Promoter, subject to approval by the appropriate regulatoryauthority.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including byreason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorisedintervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, thePromoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion andinvalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territoryregulation.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction that mayaffect the operation of the Promotion. Entrants consent to their name and image being used forpromotional purposes by the Promoter without compensation. The Promoter’s decision is finaland no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered(including indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a resultof accepting or using a prize.
