Lunch For A Month Campaign – Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is promoted by Rundle Place (Promoter), ABN 48 574 879 901, located at Level 3, 77-91 Rundle Mall, Adelaide, South Australia.

How to Enter

To enter this Promotion, individuals must scan the QR code available on tables throughout the Lower Ground Food Court at Rundle Place, or enter online via the Rundle Place website at rundleplace.com.au/win-lunch-for-a-month.Entrants may enter as many times as they like per day. Each valid entry requires the completion of the online entry form provided via the QR code or website.
Promotion Period

• Start Date: 2 April 2025 at 9:00 AM (ACST)

• End Date: 30 April 2025 at 11:59 PM (ACST)

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.The following are ineligible:
(i) Employees of the Promoter, JLL, or any tenants or retailers within Rundle Place or associated promotional agencies;
(ii) Immediate family members (spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the employees mentioned above;
(iii) Any person previously notified by the Promoter as being ineligible for promotions.

Prizes

The total prize pool value is approximately $2,000 AUD and consists of:

• 20 x ‘Lunch On Us’ vouchers

• 8 x ‘Lunch for a Week’ vouchers

• 1 x Grand Prize ‘Lunch for a Month’

Prizes will be drawn weekly as follows:

All winners will be notified via email provided upon entry. Winners’ names may also be published on Rundle Place social media channels.

General Conditions

• Incomplete or illegible entries will be invalid.

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and residency).

• Prizes are subject to standard terms and conditions of individual providers. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• If a prize (or part thereof) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

• Winners consent to their names and images being used for promotional purposes without remuneration.

• Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility.

• Entries made using automated software or other mechanical/electronic means are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

• The Promoter’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Except for liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible and excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
