"Lunch on us, at Rundle Place" Promotion
1. Promotion Overview
1.1 The "Lunch on us, at Rundle Place" promotion (the "Promotion") is conducted by Rundle Place and offers eligible participants the opportunity to receive a $20.00 food voucher (the "Voucher") by meeting the participation requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Promotion takes place on Friday, 4th September 2026, between 10:30am and 3:30pm at Rundle Place.
1.3 Vouchers are valid for redemption from 11:00am on Friday, 4th September 2026 until 11:00am on Friday, 2nd October 2026 (the "Validity Period").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to all members of the public who visit Rundle Place on the event date.
2.2 Participants must be physically present at Rundle Place during the event hours to claim a Voucher.
2.3 Rundle Place reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at its sole discretion.
3. How to Participate

3.1 Spend a minimum of $50.00 (inclusive of GST) in a single or combined transaction(s) at any retailer within Rundle Place on the event day. Proof of purchase in the form of original receipt(s) must be presented.
3.2 Locate a promotional host on-site between 10:30am and 3:30pm.
3.3 Follow Rundle Place's official Instagram account.
3.4 Scan the QR code provided by the host and complete the short participation survey.
3.5 Present all required materials (receipts, proof of Instagram follow, completed survey) to the host to receive the Voucher.
3.6 Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once all Vouchers have been distributed, the Promotion will end, even if the scheduled end time has not been reached.
4. Voucher Terms
4.1 Each Voucher entitles the holder to $20.00 OFF a purchase at any participating food retailer within Rundle Place.
4.2 Vouchers are valid only during the Validity Period. Any Voucher presented after 11:00am on Friday, 2nd October 2026 will not be accepted.
4.3 Vouchers must be redeemed in person and only the original physical voucher will be accepted. Photocopies, digital images, screenshots, or reproductions of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be honoured.
4.4 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4.5 Only one Voucher may be used per transaction.
4.6 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless expressly stated by the participating retailer.
4.7 If the purchase amount is less than $20.00, no change or credit will be provided.
4.8 Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed under any circumstances.

5.2 Participating retailers reserve the right to refuse Vouchers that appear fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
5.3 Rundle Place is not responsible for any disputes between participants and participating retailers regarding Voucher redemption.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
6.1 Personal information collected during the Promotion (including via the participation survey and Instagram follow) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and for marketing communications in accordance with Rundle Place's Privacy Policy.
6.2 By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.
6.3 Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Rundle Place directly.
7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1 Rundle Place, its related entities, employees, agents, and contractors accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a Voucher, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 Rundle Place is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may prevent participation or Voucher redemption.
7.3 Participants release and indemnify Rundle Place from all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
8. General Conditions
8.1 Rundle Place reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Rundle Place reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
8.3 The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
