"Lunchon us, at Rundle Place" Promotion
1. PromotionOverview
1.1 The"Lunch on us, at Rundle Place" promotion (the "Promotion")is conducted by Rundle Place and offers eligible participants the opportunityto receive a $20.00 food voucher (the "Voucher") by meeting theparticipation requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 ThePromotion takes place on Friday, 4th September 2026, between 10:30am and 3:30pmat Rundle Place.
1.3 Vouchersare valid for redemption from 11:00am on Friday, 4th September 2026 until11:00am on Friday, 2nd October 2026 (the "Validity Period").
2.Eligibility
2.1 ThePromotion is open to all members of the public who visit Rundle Place on theevent date.
2.2Participants must be physically present at Rundle Place during the event hoursto claim a Voucher.
2.3 RundlePlace reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual at its solediscretion.
3. How toParticipate

3.1 Spend aminimum of $50.00 (inclusive of GST) in a single or combined transaction(s) atany retailer within Rundle Place on the event day. Proof of purchase in theform of original receipt(s) must be presented.
3.2 Locate apromotional host on-site between 10:30am and 3:30pm.
3.3 FollowRundle Place's official Instagram account.
3.4 Scan theQR code provided by the host and complete the short participation survey.
3.5 Presentall required materials (receipts, proof of Instagram follow, completed survey)to the host to receive the Voucher.
3.6 Vouchersare available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject toavailability. Once all Vouchers have been distributed, the Promotion will end,even if the scheduled end time has not been reached.
4. VoucherTerms
4.1 EachVoucher entitles the holder to $20.00 OFF a purchase at any participating foodretailer within Rundle Place.
4.2 Vouchersare valid only during the Validity Period. Any Voucher presented after 11:00amon Friday, 2nd October 2026 will not be accepted.
4.3 Vouchersmust be redeemed in person and only the original physical voucher will beaccepted. Photocopies, digital images, screenshots, or reproductions of anykind are strictly prohibited and will not be honoured.
4.4 Vouchersare non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash orcredit.
4.5 Only oneVoucher may be used per transaction.
4.6 Voucherscannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discountunless expressly stated by the participating retailer.
4.7 If thepurchase amount is less than $20.00, no change or credit will be provided.
4.8 Lost,stolen, damaged, or destroyed Vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed underany circumstances.

5.2Participating retailers reserve the right to refuse Vouchers that appearfraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms andConditions.
5.3 RundlePlace is not responsible for any disputes between participants andparticipating retailers regarding Voucher redemption.
6. Privacyand Data Collection
6.1 Personalinformation collected during the Promotion (including via the participationsurvey and Instagram follow) will be used solely for the purposes ofadministering the Promotion and for marketing communications in accordance withRundle Place's Privacy Policy.
6.2 Byparticipating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of theirpersonal information as described in these Terms and Conditions.
6.3Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contactingRundle Place directly.
7. Liabilityand Indemnity
7.1 RundlePlace, its related entities, employees, agents, and contractors accept noliability for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited toindirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion oruse of a Voucher, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 RundlePlace is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that mayprevent participation or Voucher redemption.
7.3Participants release and indemnify Rundle Place from all claims, liabilities,costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation inthe Promotion.
8. GeneralConditions
8.1 RundlePlace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at anytime without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances beyondits reasonable control.
8.2 RundlePlace reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and todisqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engagesin fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
8.3 ThePromotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
8.4 TheseTerms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, andparticipants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of SouthAustralia.
