David’s Master Pot


Traditional Sichuan cooking methods are used at David’s Master Pot to create authentic Malatang. The process involves stir-frying over 20 Chinese herbs and spices then adding pork bone broth and secret chili oil, and boiling it all together for up to 12 hours. This results in a rich and flavorful Malatang soup base.
